Super Soft Petrolatum USP includes enhanced performance properties that make it ideal for use in personal care product formulations, according to executives at Penreco, Houston, TX. Super Soft Petrolatum was developed for specific requirements such as a low melt temperature and increased fluidity at skin temperature. “Our new petrolatum combines excellent moisturizing properties with the skin qualities of a petrolatum,” said Doug Reynolds, Penreco’s general sales manager, domestic.
